Vista Life Innovations is excited to announce a new opportunity for the position of Vice President of Finance. 
The Vice President of Finance will oversee and lead the strategic financial operations of the organization including long-term and short-term financial planning, investment management, collaboration with funding sources, reporting, policy and procedures, approvals, audits, and financial functions necessary for the health of the organization.
Based at our Madison, CT campus, the ideal candidate will have strong strategic financial leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and lead others to achieve goals and objectives. Having good communication skills is essential and an innate ability to work at a high organizational leadership level both in terms of vision and execution, but also in demonstrating an understanding of your connection to the entire organization. A non-profit perspective is important.
Education and Experience Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree plus seven (7) years’ experience in non-profit business administration, finance, and organizational leadership
Essential Requirements include a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
